<forumuser name="Dan Genesis" /> Dan Genesis (real name Dan Heiney) is among the most avid of Sonic fans, and has since '98 has done his best to collect every Sonic game and issue of Sonic the Hedgehog Archie comics. Dan has spent the past 10 years studying the mechanics of games of various series, and has studied the layouts of levels to effectively describe the vibrant and varied environments.

Dan has no one set personality, but he does show several traits that have been clumped under various personas. The major ones are listed below

Dan Genesis

Of course, there is his dominant personality, which is at core, analytical. Dan also considers anyone who hates literature a foe, and such people must learn to watch their backs.

Chaos Von Gin

The calculating, neutralistic side of Dan's character, Master Genesis reflects an open-mindedness that often leaves both sides of a story guilty of something. This personality comes forth mostly in touchy subjects like religion.

Zippy Meister

The free-willed, free-flowing side to Dan, Zippy is at times like a cross between classics like Paul McCartney and Keith Richards and hard-hitting brutality like Dave Mustain and Skwisgaar Skwigelf. This personality is usually pretty laid back, but when push comes to shove, he doesn't like losing.

Hack

An older side to Dan, Hack is a gamer from the inside out. If games were capable of being sustinance, Hack would be one fat bastard.

Pengiuno

Probably the strangest side to Dan, Penguino is obsessed with penguins to the point of thinking he is one.

General Jorgen Mörder

Probably Dan's most violent side, Jorgen Mörder is prone to fits of gunning people down, hanging people upside-down, and just plain old punching them for candy. Hell, his last name even means 'Murderer'!

Contribution to Sonic Retro

Dan's claim to fame on Sonic Retro is expansion and creation of various articles, usually in the form of describing the stage's appearance. Dan is also a self-proclaimed Music Guru, and has worked on several articles in the 'Music' section of the site.
