The Toriri (トリリ)Media:SonicLabyrinth GG JP manual.pdf[1] is an enemy that appears in Sonic Labyrinth, encountered in the Labyrinth of the Sky.

These Badniks are modelled after penguins or a form of bird and are outfitted with jet boosters to propel themselves with. Their attack pattern is simple: they will simply jet around the board, trying to aim for Sonic. Despite Sonic's limited capabilities in the game, a Spin Dash will be enough to take out these Badniks.

Their name is derived from "tori", which is the Japanese word for "bird".
