The Great Blue Hope is a seven page preview of the game Sonic Adventure for the Sega Dreamcast. Published in Electronic Gaming Monthly, it describes the game, lays out the players, and speculates on the return of Sonic the Hedgehog. There are also numerous beta screenshots throughout the article, including the beta version of Windy Valley and the infamous Sky Chase dragon enemy.
