We did have a discussion about page-merging based on the badnik examples above some time ago, and the general consensus was that individual ''things'' should have individual ''pages'', even if much of the info is replicated. This makes more sense for Void/Lumina/Illumina than it does for the badniks, really; the brevity of the Shuffle pages mainly stems from the fact that individual details on them haven't been written up, rather than (as for the badniks) that there really is no more information to write. : I'd enjoy a link to this discussion you mention, but I'll take your word for it. My mentality was "How can I finish a writeup on these characters in the shortest time possible?", rather than "How can we ensure that people looking for this information will find it, without necessarily needing to refer to other pages/sections?". With the latter train of thought, I realised that a lot of established links to Void and Lumina would need to be found and corrected if a merge occurred, which is a greater headache than copying/retelling the same information to another page. The appropriate course of action is clear; I'll expand the existing articles and remove the merge tag. Regarding User:Mainman's conjectures on megring; Void/Lumina/Illumina are scarcely the worst offenders. There's pages like MJ Badnik and Spidal Tap that are a whole one line, and most of that is both repetetive AND summed up on the template anyway.

We did have a discussion about page-merging based on the badnik examples above some time ago, and the general consensus was that individual things should have individual pages, even if much of the info is replicated. This makes more sense for Void/Lumina/Illumina than it does for the badniks, really; the brevity of the Shuffle pages mainly stems from the fact that individual details on them haven't been written up, rather than (as for the badniks) that there really is no more information to write.
