Compilations parts included as systems

I'm not particularly keen on having titles that didn't stand on their own being listed as a system a game was released on, if only because Sega LOVES re-releasing titles to every imaginable platform. Take Sonic 1 for instance--that's included in Sonic Classics, Sonic Jam, Sonic Mega Collection/Plus, Sonic Gems Collection (as "demo"), Sonic High-Speed for Xbox Arcade, Sonic the Hedgehog Mobile, Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis (GBA), Sonic the Hedgehog (Virtual Console), SEGA Smash Pack, Play TV Legends, and probably a half-dozen other titles that I can't think of because there's that fucking many ports. However, I know that on most of the big ported titles, there's an "Also Released For" section, though I'm not sure how to do that stylistically with something like SCD that's only been part of one compilation. - Scarred Sun 08:22, 10 August 2007 (CDT)

UK (EU?) release date

The Tuesday 23 November 1993 edition of the UK's Daily Mirror had a promotional insert for the release of Sonic CD, Sonic Spinball and Sonic Chaos (Game Gear AND Master System). Photos here. They call it "Worldwide Sonic Day" and a Comet ad calls it "3-in-1 Day". This would coincide with America's "Sonic Mania Day". There were also some promotional stickers for Sonic 3-in-1 Day (note "Mega-CD" rather than the American "Sega CD").

Sonic the Comic #14 (released 27 November 1993) has an article mentioning the three games' simultaneous release "earlier this month".

However, Sonic Jam says that the EU Sonic CD release date was October 1993. It also says that the "Latin America" release of the Master System version of Sonic Chaos was 25 October 1993. (Sonic Jam exclusively refers to "Latin America" for all the Master System games, with no acknowledgement that they were released in Europe.) I'm inclined to say that the EU date is inaccurate and that the rest of Europe would most likely have had the same release date as the UK, but the "Latin America" release date for MS Sonic Chaos is so specific that I don't know what to make of it. Then again, Sonic Jam also says that Sonic CD was released in North America on 19 November 1993, which isn't right. --Pecky (talk) 08:34, 26 October 2020 (EDT)

Sega Family Fun Pak: I believe this is just a demo and not the full game according to https://segaretro.org/Sega_Family_Fun_Pak. I was not sure if it's Wiki standard to have demos in the list of rereleases - if so, I apologize and you may ignore this. We could for example have sublists in the same section:
