Cleanup

I'm in the middle of doing work on cleaning up this page since I might as well do so. While I'm still working on moving differences over to the comparison sub-pages, there are a few notes on what I could do for the page:

• The last two bullet points under the Differences section I could move under the Overview section.
• The so-called "extremely early Gimmick Mountain Zone" isn't really Gimmick Mt., but are actually miscellaneous things like the intro and title screen. After the Under Ground Zone level IDs (09-0B) are ID 0C, used by the intro, and 0D and 0E are the title screen.
• The Hacking and Stages sections I could probably move to the hidden content sub-page, but I'm not sure. I'll also need to rewrite some of it, and maybe mirror MarkeyJester's Zone/Act-changing tool on the wiki too.
