About this "bug"
Cream does say something when you get an A rank: "I'm so happy I want to tell everyone". It's even pointed out in the video captions that it's what she's supposed to say. And I've never encountered a time, at least in the GC version, where she didn't say it. So is this an actual bug or someone just going by what the Youtube video originally said? Or does it happen on other versions of the game like PS2, Xbox, PC? If it does, it needs to be pointed out.
