In light of recent events
I'm thinking this page should be deleted and/or merged with a more general "scrapped Sonic 2 levels", which in turn can cover the other names mentioned in Hirokazu Yasuhara's slides (if indeed you want to even do this - the game development page might be sufficient?(.
