The [[Original Story|technical files]], according to the Sonic Retro page, lists him as ten. Sonic's page also refers to them due to it saying he's around eighteen. FYI the Technical Files page says "origin unknown" - I was under the impression that they were internal Sega of Japan style guides (and certainly obsolete since 1999), but don't quote me on that.
