And Gemerl is what is used in the Sonic the Hedgehog Encyclo-speed-ia while G-merl is no longer being used by SEGA. - A brief look at this - I agree that G-merl is probably more appropriate. There are later English texts with "Gemerl" but if it's a common misconception... it might have been misconceived. Unless it's said in the game at some point - I'm not as familiar with Advance 3 as the first two.
- "Gemerl" is valid for the Archie comics version though.
