Chaos Control Freaks

Ok, I think this is confusing, let's use the english names for the articles. Just add a note about the japanese name in the first line like we usually do with things. On the dvd release section on the Sonic X page I used the english names so I either have to delete that or I can change this. It makes more sense to just change this and the other article names.
