Sweep

The Sweep (ボアボア) is a badnik that appears in Sonic Adventure.
It's a spider-like badnik which is able to walk on water and attacks by ramming its needle noses at its enemies. It appears in Emerald Coast and Twinkle Park for Sonic.
Sweep also appears as an unused badnik in Sonic Mania, and can be found in the debug mode object list for Chemical Plant Zone. This version of the badnik is significantly smaller than its original appearence, and functions similar to the Amenbo badnik found in Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Tidal Tempest. When placed, its vertical position snaps to the water's surface, and it skates back and forth occasionally firing a spiked projectile from its nose.
