Stinger

The Stinger is a badnik found in Neo Green Hill Zone and Angel Island Zone (Sonic Advance), which is strongly based on the Buzzer badnik, found in Emerald Hill Zone. In Sonic Advance, the robot flies above the player and fires a bullet when approached. Avoid the bullets and destroy this badnik with a spin jump. In Sonic Advance 2, however, they proceed to sting the player, when approached. Unlike Buzzer's rocket pack, this badnik uses a propeller on its back.
