Sonyc is a 1995 pirate game for MSX2 computers and Nintendo Gameboy Advance. Of the two versions developed the MSX2 seems to be the more developed.
The game takes place through 4 zones divided into 3 phases. The first zone has a grassland theme similar to those found in almost all Sonic games. The second level is a cavern that stays frozen despite the numberous magma rivers flowing through it. The third level is another one of those ancient ruins type levels filled with sand, stone, and waterfalls. The final level takes place in a forest that is similar to Wood Zone, the cut level from Sonic 2. The bonus level of the game seems to take place in some oversized childrens playroom.
