Final game

Like the Simon Wai prototype, the waterfall splashes are not broken, which is more than can be said for future prototypes and the final game.

The bottom half of both Acts still hasn't been implemented, meaning it's easy to fall down a pit.

Super Sonic doesn't have an underwater palette. It just reverts to the regular Sonic one.
