The game case was shaped like Sonic holding a guitar, an instrument he uses in the television show Sonic Underground. The game features a standard directional pad and 2 buttons "Spin Dash" and "jump". There is also a large switch on the center which will cause a ball to spin around the edge of the game case and cause the character to speed up. The background of the game seems to be from one of the Sonic television shows, most likely Sonic Underground. Opponents include Sleet, Dingo, and the SWATbots.
