Sonic Medals are a collectable item in Sonic 3D: Flickies Island. They appear through Green Grove and Volcano Valley. No Sonic Medals appear in Gene Gadget and Panic Puppet.
Continues are obtained when 10 Sonic Medals are collected, meaning in Gene Gadget and Panic Puppet, there are no more continues obtained.
