- Fixed a soft lock in No Save mode after defeating the Titanic Monarch Zone Act 2 boss if you'd collected all the Chaos Emeralds.

- The game can now run offline after it has been run online at least once.

1.03.0829^[4] (2017/08/29): Initial release.
- The "Super" transformation has been moved to a separate button.
- Other fixes that will be ported to the console versions at a later date.
- The initial release contains Denuvo DRM and does not allow offline play. The offline issue is being looked into.^[5]
