Version: 1.0
Last release: June 24, 2017
System: Microsoft Windows
Original game: Sonic Heroes

The Greatest Hits version of Sonic Heroes is a fan-made hack for the said title of the game that parodies the Greatest Hits release of Spyro: Year of the Dragon released for PS1.

This modification contains a number of code edits with more music attached to levels and with gameplay enhancements. Team Rose's levels were also modified to become extended and Amy and Espio were both given Light Dash techniques to allow themselves to pass through dangerous pits where rings are located to move onto the far side of un-reachable obstacles. Earlier in June 2017, Muzzarino planned to create the special and announced it on the Heroes Hacking Discord channel. The other tool was created using C# by Sewer56lol at a request of the creator of the mod which would give players a few configurable options such as default teams for the Tutorial and Super Hard for 1P mode, resizable window support, field of view and an option to toggle new and old tornado jump techniques for Espio and Amy.[1]
