Sonic Classic is the an online community made up of Sonic the Hedgehog fans. It originated from the Simon Wai Sonic 2 Beta community, when Simon Wai, the man who discovered the Sonic 2 beta rom, dissapeared from the internet. A fellow who goes by the name of Pelord picked up the slack in Wai's absence, and seeded a successfull community. Wai eventually came back, and reclaimed his site. The message board split off, becoming Sonic Classic.
