- The green paint on the breakable doors is removed in the GameCube version.
- The Unidus that appears with the group of Kikis just before the area with the many breakable doors is replaced by another Kiki in the GameCube version.
- The Unidus that appeared near the Goal Ring in the Dreamcast version is removed in the GameCube version.
