- In the area with the three heads, there is a small pillar in the center surrounded by butterflies. In the GameCube version, the pillar is made to have a fountain-like appearance.
- In the GameCube version in 2P mode, Dry Lagoon is redesigned to take place at night. The Huge Oasis is the only area that can be explored and the tunnel to the Small Oasis is covered by a giant light.
