snkenjoi is a Tech Member on the Sonic Retro forums. He's done some amazing things such from adding the Super Peel-Out in Sonic 3 & Knuckles, porting the Carnival Night Zone cannon to Sonic 2 as well as other bits and pieces. He's currently working on a hack with iojnekns.
Nobody knows how to pronounce his name, it's one of those things we'll never know.
