Snively

Template:TVCharacterSheetSnively is a character from the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon and comic book series. He was voiced by Charlie Adler. The cowardly nephew of Dr. Robotnik, Snively was reduced to a lackey shortly before his uncle's takeover of the Kingdom of Acorn of Mobius, and spent the next ten years serving him. Physically abused by Robotnik, Snively began planning against him and, following his Uncle's defeat, attempted to seize power himself. According to the comic continuity, Snively himself was responsible for the death of Robotnik, having programmed his Ultimate Annihilator weapon to wipe the mad dictator from existence.

In the planned third season of the cartoon, Snively was to have tried to rule Robotroplis, but fail. He would then try to free Ixis Naugus to get him to help, and in the process, free Robotnik and King Acorn by mistake. Reduced once again, not simply to a lackey but to an insignificant nothing, Snively would rebel against Naugus and Robotnik and join Sonic and the Freedom Fighters.
