Shutterbug is a badnik featured in Studiopolis Zone from Sonic Mania. These badniks are based on flashlight cameras, and they will fly around and randomly take photographs. Their flight patterns are similar to the Whisp from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (16-bit).
If these badniks photograph the player ten times, they will get the achievement/trophy "The Most Famous Hedgehog in the World".
