It was developed by Sega for Nagoya Bank. Sega decided to distribute the accessory to consumers and Nogoya Bank also did the same, but under a different name, the Nagoya Banking cart (Nicekun Mini). The only differences between the two are the insert, the cart sticker, and the Nagoya logos when booting the cartridge.
