Start position array

These locations dictate where Sonic starts in the level.
The format is: XXXX YYYY
XXXX = X position
YYYY = Y position
his is useful if you edited the level layout. You wouldn't want Sonic to fall from the sky or buried six feet under would you? That would look unprofessional.
