SÆGA, formally known as the Shitty AmateurExpert Game Alchemists (and occasionally Professor I.O. Jenkins and the Boominites), is a collective of experienced ROM hackers of various prominent fortes led by fellow Sonic sceners snkenjoi and iojnekns. Their primary project at the moment is Sonic Boom, a revolutionary full-game conversion modification of the original Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the SEGA Mega Drive.
In addition to being a prestigious up-and-coming group of reverse engineers, SÆGA as a collective enjoys the occasional piss-about and brainstorming in a private IRC channel present on BadnikNET. No, you can't come there; if you ask, we'll probably punch you in the balls. In the balls.
