|Game: Sonic Shuffle|
Ring Tide is an Accident mini-game in Sonic Shuffle. It can randomly occur by accident in Emerald Coast.
This mini-game is set on a beach with waves crashing down on the sand, leaving Rings, sea urchins, driftwood and the occasional Forcejewel. Players must avoid the urchins and driftwood while collecting the Rings that appear on the beach. They must also avoid the crabs because they will also make them lose Rings. If the wave lands on any of the players, they will get swept away by the undertow. Any players that get washed away can press repeatedly to get back on land. To prevent this, when a wave comes, players should move to the bottom of the screen or jump.
Whoever gets the most Rings before time is up wins a bonus of 20 Rings, with second getting 10 and third getting 5.
