Ring Spark Field is a move used by Metal Sonic during his first fight against Sonic the Hedgehog on Stardust Speedway in Sonic CD. According to a Spanish magazine preview:

Strobing red/blue, with sparks crackling around him, Metal is certainly dangerous for Sonic when using this formidable move during the race. His other Sonic CD move is the Maximum Overdrive Attack.
