It's totally possible that he was referring to ''[[Waku Waku Sonic Patrol Car]]'' and ''[[UFO Mini: SegaSonic]]'' as they were both released before May 1993, but only in Japan. The UFO Mini wasn't really an arcade game but perhaps in Al Nilsen's mind it is the same as an arcade game.

The reason the games went unreleased was due to them lacking the "special-ness" that Sega expected of Sonic games at the time.

It's totally possible that he was referring to Waku Waku Sonic Patrol Car and UFO Mini: SegaSonic as they were both released before May 1993, but only in Japan. The UFO Mini wasn't really an arcade game but perhaps in Al Nilsen's mind it is the same as an arcade game.
