This unnamed badnik is one of the enemy Eggman robots encountered in Panic Puppet Zone, the seventh level of Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island.
A hovering blue drone with pincer arms, these heli-robots hover erratically around a set point. Attack with a spin jump or spin roll to smash it. Unlike enemies in the first six levels of Flickies' Island, the Panic Puppet badniks do not contain Flickies for whatever reason; rather, the birds can be found in miniature glass pods, possibly still awaiting robotization into a badnik.
