Metal Sonic in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 created by Darkon360/GothicReaper/LoneDevil. It stars Metal Sonic as the playable character instead of Sonic the Hedgehog. The hack comes with 3 different playstyles for Metal Sonic.

- SONIC CD - Entirely based off Sonic CD control scheme, Extended Camera included.
- SONIC CD 2011 - Based off Sonic CD Remake control scheme, air speed caps disabled.
