Marve Shupopolus-Gou

Marve Shupopolus-Gou (マーベ シュポポラス号) is the boss of Sunset Park Zone. Sunset Park Zone Act 2 leads directly into Act 3's boss fight, in a fashion similar to Sonic 3's level transition. The act leading up to the boss has a forced scrolling effect with Bombaberries hovering slightly above you and occasional deathpits on the ground. The boss itself attacks by shooting spiked balls at you. The time between its shots should be enough to run toward the boss and hit it.
