The Knight Pawn is an enemy robot that has his first appearance in Sonic Rush at the Water Palace. They are variations of Egg Pawns, but look like black knights of the medieval age, because they carry themselves with spears and knight helmets.
Knight Pawns return in 3DS version of Sonic Generations at the same stage with updated design, but a same pattern attack as in Sonic Rush.
