Keiko Utoku (宇徳敬子), born 7 April 1967 in Izumi, Kagoshima, is a Japanese singer and songwriter. She was part of the Jpop female band known as Mi-Ke from 1991 to 1993 before starting a solo career. She was the vocalist in the European and Japanese version of Sonic the Hedgehog CD and sung "Sonic - You Can Do Anything" and "Cosmic Eternity - Believe in Yourself". In Sonic Jam she was the vocalist for Sonic Theme Song 93. She also provided the voiceovers for Sonic in Sonic the Hedgehog CD (ref).
