Karen Strassman is an American voice actress and actress who is most known for voicing many characters in many anime shows, including Fantine in IGPX. She also speaks fluent French and uses an accent for French characters. She also goes by the aliases of Kirsty Pape and Mia Bradly. She has provided the voice of Rouge the Bat since the 2010 game Sonic Free Riders.
