Kanabun (カナブン) is a badnik in Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Stardust Speedway. It isn't listed in any instruction manual, however it is referred to as "kanabun" (the Japanese word for beetle) in the game's source code. It is another variant of of the Pata-Bata that goes in a rather huge zig-zag.
They return in Sonic Mania, again in Stardust Speedway, with the same attack pattern.
