Heavy Shinobi is a boss encountered in Sonic Mania. The player confronts him at the end of Press Garden Zone Act 2. He's one of the members of Hard-Boiled Heavies. His attack pattern is based on a ninja's moves, he uses his katana to freeze the player and performs this attack quickly and also throws Asterons as if they were kunais.
