The Heavy Rider is one of the Hard-Boiled Heavies and the tenth major boss fought in Sonic Mania when playing as Sonic, Tails or both characters together. She is encountered at the end of Lava Reef Zone Act 2, along with her trusty Motobug steed, Jimmy.
