Ga

Ga (ガ) is a badnik in Sonic the Hedgehog CD's Collision Chaos. It isn't listed in any instruction manual, however it is referred to as "ga" (the Japanese word for moth) in the game's source code. It is basically another version of the Pata-Bata.
