Shadow using a Jet Glider in Wave Ocean.

The GUN Jet Glider is a manoeuvrable aircraft, modelled after the real life powered hang glider and already featured in other Sonic games. Its purpose is to transverse over hordes of enemies and impassable sections otherwise. This heavily armed and rocket powered hang glider includes side-mounted twin missile launchers for blasting aside aerial foes (as far as not in their range) and other obstacles but it doesn't withstand many hits before it explodes. It appears in three missions: Kingdom Valley, Crisis City, and Wave Ocean.
