Fire Dunk

Fire Dunk is a basic attack move in Sonic Heroes used by Knuckles the Echidna. The move lets Knuckles use Sonic and Tails as ammunition to destroy enemies and obstacles. It can be used by jumping in the air and pressing .

Variants of Fire Dunk

Team Dark uses a counterpart of Fire Dunk known as Fire Launcher. It works just like Fire Dunk, except Omega fires Shadow and Rouge like bullets at the enemies.

Team Rose also has their own Fire Dunk called Fire Knock. Unlike Fire Dunk, Fire Knock can be used while the team is still on the ground. It can also be used aerially but the team must go into Fire Combination first. Once Amy and Cream are on Big's shoulders, he can hit them with his fishing rod in a baseball-like fashion at the enemies.

Team Chaotix's Fire Dunk works similar to Fire Knock. However, the official name of their Dunk is currently unknown as it's unmentioned during normal gameplay. Once Espio and Charmy are in Vector's mouth, he can spit them at enemies or obstacles.
