Esrael Sonic Editor II is a tool created by Esrael. It has a level editor, an art editor, a palette editor, a title card editor, a built in hex editor, and many more nifty tools. SonED and SonED2 as well as SonLVL are considered to be better alternatives for art and level editing for art and level editing.
