The Egg Fighter Spring is a Badnik featured in Sonic Unleashed.

Overview
It is essentially a variant of the Egg Fighter Shield with a spring attached to its shield, and is simply referred to in-game as another "Egg Fighter: Shield". Under most circumstances, depending on the angle of attack, using the Homing Attack on this enemy results in being sprung up into the air a great distance. To avoid such, use a Homing Attack from the back, or try sliding into this enemy to avoid being sprung up. Or just simply dodge it and keep on running.
