Even Eggman's final machine has a Pinch Mode! The machine starts to malfunction with electricity flowing all over its body, making direct attacks useless. The boss also starts jumping at the player, leaving only small windows of opportunity to stay alive. The only way to attack this boss is to wait for Eggman to fire one of his arms (which also changes its trajectory now). After the arm flies at you, it will slowly descend and land on the playing field. Once it is on the field and the electricity around it has ceased, hit the arm a few times to fling it at the Mech, causing the Mech's electric field to suddenly shut down for a moment. That is when you attack him quickly before the field restarts. After even more hits, he will start shooting lasers and firing small energy blasts.

If you don't...it's a one-hit death move.

Level theme: Death Egg
E.G.G Station Zone is the fifth and final zone in Sonic the Hedgehog 4, with the title of Final Showdown in Space. Taking place in a space station similar to Sonic the Hedgehog 2's Death Egg Zone, the zone is a one-act boss rush of the previous bosses fought, only in Pinch Mode immediately, along with a final boss that resembles Sonic 2's with different features.
