An unused Sonic the Hedgehog CD (2011) level was in development before being cancelled. The map had already been created along with artwork but was not included in the final game. A mockup image can be found by using a special code on the music player screen. Simply enter PCM:32 and DA: 8 on the sound test. Tails will also be enabled when choosing a stage from the Stage Select menu.
