Decap Attack is a game for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis released in 1991. The game revolves around Chuck D. Head, the main character, trying to stop villain Max D. Cap, who has escaped the Underworld, from conquering the surface world. He has broken Body Island into pieces, and Chuck, along with non-playable characters Frank N. Stein and Igor, must stop him.

Decap Attack is the western release of a Japanese game known as "Magical Hat no Buttobi Tabo! Daibōken" (Magical Hat Flying Turbo Adventure), based on the Japnese anime "Magical Hat". The game recieved a graphics and sound makeover. Both are updates to the Master System title "Psycho Fox".
