The Death Egg mk.II is the final level in Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II. After destroying his battleship in Sky Fortress Zone, the duo of Sonic and Tails finally reach Eggman's ultimate plan: the rebuilding of the Death Egg last seen in Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and this time he's built it around the Little Planet from Sonic the Hedgehog CD. Just like its predecessor, the level contains gravity switching. There are no enemies in this zone, just Eggman and Metal Sonic once again.
