Dark Moray is a boss in Sonic Unleashed. It is a huge Ice Dragon.
To hurt it involves grabbing cans of a freezing substance, and hurling it at the mini-dragon heads coming out of the sides of the structure. Once all of them are defeated, the middle opens up and you can attack the boss. You need to freeze him first, then attack him in the green glowing areas.
